What is the delivery time of my order

Your order will be delivered on average within 2-5 working days.

We do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. As soon as your package is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail. You can also check the status of your order in your account .

Can I cancel or change an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel your order once you click 'Pay Now' at checkout.

From that moment on, our production and shipping process will start immediately, so that you will receive your items as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, the order can no longer be canceled, but you can start a return once the order has been delivered.

What are the shipping costs?

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returns involve costs. That is why we charge €7.50 for each return shipment.
